Hotel is dated but it is surrounded by beautiful garden. Bed is ok, good for a night sleep. Breakfast need lots of improvement.

Management seriously looks into housekeeping cleanliness.. Toilet is terrible. Upon complaining, they managed to clean up but not to the hotel rated. Stains on the floor/edges and smog divider glass with stains..Gardening and external housekeeping are well maintained..

今回2回目のブラスタギの旅行で利用させて頂きました。景色の良い場所にあり、食事も美味しく多くの観光客で賑わっていました。1點気になったのが空調(エアコン)が全館タイプなので部屋にリモコンがありません。 急遽翌日の予定が変わりキャンセルせざるを得ませんでしたが、機會があればまた利用させて頂きたいと思います。 (翌日の目的地まで車を出して頂き助かりました。ありがとうございました。)

Stayed for 2 nights; Overrated, OVERPRICED, unfriendly staff (friendly only towards white people), no hot water, horrible buffet breakfast and dining area infested with flies and ants and the food is cold. The hotel room needs a major revamp as the room and toilet is filled with creepy crawlies. Extremely disappointed when a 4 star hotel operates in a horrible manner. For that price you expect something decent but you will get nightmare instead. You can pay something lower for a better hotel.

A nice hotel and as the weather is cooling in this area, the hotel don't install Aircon in the room. Will have naturel aircon when open the window. Highly recommend this hotel.
